"10/10 This was the best place we stayed while in Mexico. The staff are very kind and happy to help with anything. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, beautiful views. Besides the wonderful staff, the hotel restaurant was a highlight. We ate every meal there while in Tampico because we wanted to try everything. Beautiful seafood and cocktails."

"I arrived not knowing there were no elevators, they accommodated me to a lower floor. The manager accused our room of being loud when it was our neighbors. They moved me to a different room next to pool when Icomplainedmy reservation was for a bigger room. The employees allowed loud noise to watch a game on TV so we couldn't even hear ours in our room i. Lots of yellow algea in pool corners water looked mirkey. Pretty small pool. No credit on the lower quality room. Parking is bad if you need...
