"Staff was amazing , welcoming, breakfast was freshly cooked and well presented, room was clean, we had a problem with air-conditioning dripping but was fixed promptly and fast. Poole was fun to use after enjoying sea. Definitely reccomend. Only thing that was bit bothering ate people outside the hotel constantly asking you to buy from them or use their activities. Overall excellent experience ☆☆☆☆☆"
