"El hotel muy bonito, el personal muy buen servicio la señora del aseo un amor de persona. Puntos buenos: Ubicación. Cerca de tiendas, estación de metro muy cerca del Albrook mall. Detalles: la puerta del baño tenía el llavin dañado (no se podía cerrar la puerta bien). La habitación solo tenía una luz y era pegada al respaldar de la cama entonces no se veia bien. El aire acondicionado era de los viejitos y no enfriaba prácticamente nada. La atención estuvo bien aunque para pedir la secadora de cabello nunca la trajeron a la habitación, si no que tuve que ir a yo a recepción después de dos días de insistir. El desayuno excepcional, mucha variedad y riquísimo. Punto malo, la piscina la cierran a las 8:00pm entonces en los 5 días no pude hacer uso de la misma. Es un buen lugar solo que hace falta mejorar en los detalles de luz en la habitación en general, y lo de el cierre tan temprano de la piscina le baja puntos. Un lugar bonito y acogedor ."

"It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant for both supper and breakfast was very overpriced for food that was very average. Two of my family members had breakfast included in the price of the room but they had to take the 6am shuttle and that’s what time breakfast starts. It would have been nice to have some kind of coupon/voucher to use for supper rather than breakfast for those who have to check out early."
