Seriously, every window - your living room balcony overlooks the white sands of the Gulf coast, while the dining room and bedroom windows boast great views of Phillips Inlet. When you're not taking advantage of the free WiFi to stream device content or enjoying your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV, take a trip down to the brackish water lake for some great fishing or splash around with friends in the indoor pool.

Interested in surfing? Panama City Beach is only 13 miles away with killer waves for you to enjoy and lessons from Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop. If you want to get in some more beach fun, Peddle Paddle Surf Shop is just nine miles away with bikes, paddleboards, and surfboards to rent. Restock your fridge with a trip to Publix Super Market at Ocean Park Pavillion for groceries and produce or Winn-Dixie Wine & Spirits for, well, wine and spirits! They're both just one mile away!

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good

It was a decent vacation. It's not within walking distance of anything so if your plan was to walk around Rosemary Beach, this is not the place for you. There was no soap in either of the bathrooms so if you value washing your hands, bring your own. The pull out bed was not made despite the room being booked for three adults, which was weird. The pool is nice. It's half in and half out of the sun.

Wonderful Location

The location is great! The views are amazing! The condo was fine, a little dated but nice. I missed the fact that the condo is two story so adding it for others to know. We would stay again.

Reasonably priced home- wouldn't recommend for more than two people.

The views from the kitchen and the living area were amazing. There are a huge selection on pools and a very short walk to the beach. The snack bar on site was handy. The king room, bed/bedding, and roomy shower downstairs were really nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We had easy access to the pool and the beach. There was even a place where my sons could fish. The condo itself was very nice and had a fantastic view of the beach! We would love to stay again in the future! 10/10 recommend!

Nice place

Good place for a short stay. Only one bed, the pullout couch was not fit for someone to sleep on as it was quite dirty and old with stains all over the flimsy foam topper. Furniture is old and outdated, but it is an adequate place.

The condo was fine for what we needed. It is outdated and a split level (which I would not have preferred but was okay for us 2 adults). It had kitchen utensils and a few pots and pans. I enjoyed the view, and it is on a gated road which is nice because it was quieter than many beach front condos.

Great area

The private community is nice. The condo itself is a little outdated. The couch is almost unusable so we didn’t even sit on it. I liked that the condo was a split level but there’s a major temperature difference between the living area and the rest of the condo. I would give a cleanliness of 5 stars had I not had to change the sheets before we went to bed due to a bandaid being stuck to them.

Great pcb stay

The condo was amazing with spectacular views of the Panama city beaches and sunsets . It was very clean upon arrival with plenty of space for 4 people . The bed was comfortable and my 2 kids loved the pull out couch ! Out door pool and accommodations was great too !!! The only complaint I have is that the bathroom downstairs was very small was hard to shut the door and get into the shower it was so little and upstairs bathroom was large but no shower or bath was upstairs . The bathrooms really could have bee built differently to accommodate more space for shower and toilet etc. Other than that would recommend the condo!!

It’s ok. Nothing special.

Property needs some updating and looks like it was painted by a rookie. Bed doesn’t we have headboard. Door is off the rail in the laundry area. Also you can easily get I there anyway. The closet rail has fallen. The couch is so uncomfortable.

Pictures are deceiving as far as the condo itself. The kitchen is the only area that lived up to the pictures. The couch in the living room that has the hide-a-way bed is absolutely awful. There is literally no padding left in the cushions. The paint is peeling in areas and mismatched (like you’d expect to see in a poorly maintained rental property). There are black spots on the ceiling above the shower in the full bath. The elevators at this specific building (A) are not well maintained and will rattle everything out of you.

Nice Neighborhood but Outdated, Poorly Maintained Condo

Pinnacle Port and the surrounding neighborhood is a nice area with great amenities like a restaurant by the pool, which was very convenient for lunch, and the balcony view of the ocean was beautiful. The downsides to this condo were that only 1 out of 3 of the elevators were working the whole weekend, the condo itself was outdated and where they did do some updates/maintenance it was very poorly done, and also there was mold all around the ceiling in the tiny downstairs bathroom which made me uncomfortable. If we would’ve been staying for longer than a quick weekend I don’t know if we would have stayed. The airflow downstairs was also not good. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Functional Unit w/o Bells and Whistles

Solid 3 stars- C+. The Good: This unit is in an excellent building and location. It had the towels and kitchen gadgets I needed. It has amazing views and nice pool area. The Bad: For years, I've stayed in various Carillon rentals and this one is sub-par in terms of decor. It is extremely outdated and the layout is odd. The bathroom with the shower is tiny tiny, with shoddy tile work. Nothing feels beachy in the living area except for the lobster pillow. I was satisfied because I needed a last minute unit. If given the choice again, I would choose one with more aesthetic appeal for the same price.
