Only steps to the beach, enjoy this new 30A style townhome with private saltwater pool in the middle of PCB!

The Home:
Walk into a clean and comfortable home for your stay away. The living room features a giant Roku TV and plenty of room for everyone to cozy up on the sectional. The dining table seats 6, with four more seats at the kitchen island. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and whip up your favorite meals or snacks. A storage closet for extra items, beach hooks, and a half bath round out the main living space.

There are two queen bedrooms, one on the first floor with en suite bathroom, and one on the second floor. A bunk room is ready for the kids with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. The upstairs master has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of extra room for air mattresses or a pack and play, and a balcony where you can feel the gulf breeze and glimpse the ocean.

Outside youll find a private salt water pool, shaded table for 4, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
