Wake up or go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people-watching on the beach. The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, steps away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach.

No need to wait 15-30+ minutes for elevators like you need to do on the higher floors or at other properties in Shores of Panama or Panama City Beach. Go down one flight of stairs to go down to the beach or pool area instead of wasting time waiting on an elevator (check the feedback in our reviews). There is even reserved parking on the 2nd floor of the covered garage so you can skip the elevator on the way to and from your car.

The Wave House is a condo within Shores of Panama that offers stunning direct beachfront views from the entire kitchen and living area. The condo is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and updated decor. The master bedroom offers an on-suite king bed & bathroom, twin bed bunk area with on-suite bathroom, & a pull-out couch with queen-sized bed. The condo also has a washer & dryer.

A short walk to the gulf front resort-like pool and spa and beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Free Wifi & Direct TV/cable. The kitchen has all new appliances with a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.

The Shores of Panama is the premier beachfront luxury resort in Panama City Beach and is loaded with amenities. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool with fountains, water features, and a winding lazy river thru palm trees and covered walkways, an outdoor hot tub, 2 Tiki bars serving food and drink, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and coffee shop.
