BEACH FRONT CONDO!!! GREAT RATES!!

Welcome to Sunrise Beach 2503! This newly renovated 2-bedroom plus spacious bunk room, 2-bath, beachside condo has amazing ocean sunrise and sunset views! The condo comfortably sleeps 8 and features all new stainless-steel appliances, new flooring, new paint, new furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, a new full-size washer and dryer, and new bedding. The large balcony has new patio furniture, with a table and chairs for dining and two Adirondack chairs for lounging. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, two master closets, a large bathroom, and a gulf view with balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The spacious, kid-friendly bunk room has a twin bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The living area opens to the balcony and includes a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and DVD player. We’ve renovated our condo for maximum comfort so you can enjoy this beachside getaway!

Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

Sunrise Beach is an oceanfront, kid-friendly resort that’s the perfect combination of convenience and comfort. Located near Gulf World Marine Park and just a short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Sports Complex, Sunrise Beach gives guests one of the best oceanfront values in Panama City Beach. Recreational amenities include a fitness facility, gulf-front deck with two pools, one seasonally heated, a children’s water play area, and two hot tubs. Additional property amenities include complimentary guest parking, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Anniversary Stay

Overall excellent: Good location Accurate listing, communication (online and by phone) excellent Easy access to beach, pool and parking Master bedroom and bath excellent. Mattress was great (pillows could be replaced). Things that could be better: Mattress in the second bedroom sags (pillows as well) Some trash was left behind by the previous tenants in the second bedroom closet The slider door from the living room to the balcony needs the track cleaned and lubricated to slide easier The young men putting out the loungers and umbrellas at the beach were somewhat rude and uncooperative

Privacy Violation

First off the condo was pretty nice and the pictures represent the condo well. Our stay was fine except a few minor things floors dirty etc. Then at the end of our stay there was a major breech of privacy that badly scared my daughter. We were packing up preparing to leave. There was no knock on the door or anything. A staff member just walked in and went into the room my daughter was staying in and left a bag of sheets and stuff to clean the condo. We were close to check out time within an hour but still to just walk in unannounced and then to wonder how many other times they may have come in when we didn’t know. It is a disturbing thought. I contacted the host he seemed concerned at first then just dismissed it and said he would notify the staff not to do that. My issue is why wouldn’t they already know not to walk into an occupied condo. With child safety in today’s day and time this is a much bigger deal than they will admit. So I will say the condo was nice but safety is an issue privacy is an issue and customer service is an issue.

Best stay ever!

This was by far the best trip we have ever had. We was on the 25th floor with the best view and the room was just like the photos. The washer was messed up when we got there I contacted them to let them know. No one never came to fix it. My husband ending up fixing it the best he could so we could wash our clothes. But it still was amazing and will definitely be back!

Perfect Paradise

This was our 3rd time staying at Sunrise Condo Resort. Our unit was on the 25th floor. You could see everything from that height including stingrays in the ocean. Bad part is some people tend to smoke from their balconmies which they shouldn't be, but it reduced our time on our balcony. I hope to return in the years to come to this resort!

Short stay with family

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and spacious. We were right on the beach and did make use of the beach service a couple of days....included in rental. Otherwise be aware its $50 a day for 2 chairs/ umbrella!!!! There is a $40 per car register fee for the parking on property. Not bad...just know ahead of time parking isnt free! We parked our truck on parking level P1.....beach access, so that we could store beach items in back without having to haul everything ( sand included!) back up to room. Pool area was nice and had a small splash pad for toddlers that may not enjoy getting in the pool . Would stay again.

Excellent view

The property was roomy, really nice and accommodating. The balcony has an amazing view on the 25th floor. The property was not very clean though. Our feet were dirty the very first day just walking around the condo. The place hasn’t been mopped in a while. The master room tub not very clean. The bunk beds were dirty and what appeared to be a blood smear on the wall. Stinks to have to pay expensive cleaning fees when the place isn’t really clean.

I will never stay at anything Best Beach Getaways manages again.

The condo was nasty, DISGUSTINGLY dirty when we arrived. The floors were disgusting, there was grime and sand in both bathtubs, counters were sticky and gross with food on them and there were stuck on food particles on utensils; these were the main things. We called when we arrived and never got a return phone call until the next day. We went out and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves after we couldn't get in touch with anyone because we couldn't let my 1 year old grandson crawl around in a disgusting condo that was making his feed and knees black within seconds of sitting him down. We also had to call about the air conditioner every day, starting on day one. It was not cooling adequately staying at least 5 degrees above what it was set on, would not cool below 78 and would not cool the front bedrooms at all; they remained HOT the ENTIRE stay. They sent someone out who did come the same day who claimed they fixed it. They didn't. In fact, they worked on the wrong outdoor compressor (proof from another company who found the units outside had crossed wired and the one that was labeled to be ours was actually the unit for 2502 and theirs was labeled as ours). Then, to top it off, the ac went out completely on our fourth day there. It got up to 87 degrees in the condo that day and was out for over 24 hours before they got someone there to fix it. Our icemaker was broken also. There is more to the story if you would like to know. Our trip was a disaster.

Gorgeous unit!

The unit was clean and lovely, with every amenity we could need. The view from the balcony was incredible! Parking was easy and the pools were clean and had a view of the ocean.

spring break 3-2023

We have stayed at the Sunrise Resort in the past and really liked the resort and the grounds. Nice location, and the condos are very large. We were very disappointed that there was only one small hot tub open during our stay. It was really cold and many people waiting for over an hour to share the hot tub. Only one pool open this week as well. We had 4 total bath towels for 6 people for a week. No comforters on any of the beds, only a top sheet and one fleece blanket per bed. The condo was nice and we loved the views from the 25th floor.

Good place

Good place to stay, extremely hot on the 25th floor. Little disappointed in the ocean with all the dark sediment for days couldn’t enjoy the beach. Traffic was difficult.

Beautiful condo- but there were some issues.

From the start, communicating with the owner was very difficult. I messaged them several times through VRBO with no response. All of the communication was done over the phone with someone offsite not even at the condos. Check in was a breeze- all instructions and door passcode was emailed to me. Never had to go to the office for check-in which was a plus. Upon entering the condo it smelled nice and was decorated very beautifully however after walking around for several minutes the bottoms of our feet were black and dirty. My one year-old who is not yet walking had to have a bath because there was so much filth transfer to his knees and legs. Not sure how long it had been since that floor was mopped, but I can promise you it wasn’t right before our arrival. There is a mop and bucket in the laundry room so that was definitely used! (Also there is a broom but no dust pan- very inconvenient!) The condo is not stocked with any essentials. There was a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as one roll of tape paper towels on the kitchen counter. 3 dishwasher packs and one tiny bottle of dish soap. For a weeks stay with a party of 9, none of these items lasted through the first 2 days. Linens are very limited and trash bags were not provided either- maybe I have been spoiled in the past when renting through VRBO, but all of these things are usually provided for us upon check in. The elevators were hell.. maybe because the unit was on the 25th floor and this seems to be a very busy place. Also something that should’ve been addressed in the listing was that the pool and beach are not on the same level. Meaning if you want to go to the pool and then the beach, you have to yet again take an elevator down. That was super annoying with kids, coolers, wagons, life jackets etc. The condo is located in a great area close to dining, gas, shopping etc. however be advised that the traffic was so backed up every evening. The view is fantastic and condo was very spacious for our family. The parking garage was never full to max capacity and I saw a security officer making rounds very often. The smart TVs and fans were an added bonus! The 2 closets in the master were plenty big- I actually placed my infants pack & play and sound machine in there for him to have a dark quiet room. Overall I would stay here again, but for $4,000/week I was expecting a bit more. Clean floors and stocked essentials would’ve made this stay more comfortable.
