"Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Per hotel staff, the hotel was overbooked and the only room available was with a king sized bed, had to sleep on the couch, cost of room was $500. Hotel offered a 2nd room but on another floor. At checkout, hotel staff said they would provide a discount for the inconvenience but they have not. Disappointed☹️"

"The property was very convenient for downtown attractions. Access was on a less busy street with made it very nice. What could have been improved upon was dishwashing liquid provided, another chair for the dining table and more frequent towel exchanges."

"Other than a computer glitch the stay was flawless. This is my third time at this property. The rooms are well proportioned, top class bathrooms and of course clean. Convenient restaurant on property and many options close by."
