"Room appeared to be clean as first glance. After I turned on the lights and opened the shade I noticed the carpet lacked vacuuming, bathroom floor was dusty. I noticed a chocolate chip and something else under the coffee table. There were French fries between the bed and night stand. The desk and tv area had a layer of dust. "Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude"
