"Old sundowner motel. Staff is rude and disrespectful. They give you late checkout then try to rush you out before the late check out time and charge you for being a minute late. I travel a lot to this area and I will never stay at this nasty place again with these rude people. "

"The room was clean and well kept, no complaints there. The biggest issues are the lobby being very weirdly designed, the rooftop bar being very strangely laid out to the point it's not easy to have 3 people talk to each other, and the elevators being unnerving. Apparently one elevator has been out of service for like 8 months with no status to the staff that it'll be back online and the other guest elevator doesn't reach the top floor where the bar is so it's a very very weird walk up the emergency stairwell to get to the bar. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice but I think the owners of this place need to take a hard look at what they are offering. This IMO is not up to Hilton standards."

"Mildew in shower, hot water faucet inoperable on sink, no shampoo in dispenser, thermostat calibrated incorrectly so that AC setting needed to be 60 for comfort "

"The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke and the condition of the room was rough with a cockroach in the bathroom. Staff was great and gave us a different room. That room was much better. There was dog poop on the floors by the entrance the next morning, my husband told staff and it was still there an hour later. "

"Everything was pretty nice except the pull out couch and the noise. Pull out couch was laughable. You sleep sideways, on a VERY THIN MATTRESS that has a bar running through the center. We woke up more than once to sirens and then loud garbage trucks behind the building. "

"Breakfast menu had a great selection but the food that should have been hot to taste was cold....my hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the mattress in my room was horrible. It felt like a mattress cushion instead of an actual mattress. Staff was very polite and friendly. "
