The Space
This thoughtfully designed home blends iconic Palm Springs style with modern comfort. Inside, you'll find bright, playful interiors filled with natural light, bold patterns, and curated decor throughout. The open living area invites connection, featuring cozy seating, a statement fireplace, and direct access to the backyard — perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Each bedroom is uniquely styled and designed for rest, while the bathrooms feel fresh, clean, and spa-inspired with glass showers and quality finishes. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, the space feels equal parts fun, relaxing, and functional.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds, hallway bathroom

Outdoor Living
The backyard is your own private desert resort. Lounge poolside under umbrellas, enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails, and fire up the outdoor grill for relaxed evenings with friends or family. The outdoor bar and dining area make this space ideal for entertaining, while the pool and loungers invite all-day relaxation under the Palm Springs sun.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Pool Heat Rates (per night):
• November–March: $75
• April, May, October: $50
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be selected for individual days.
A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with the private hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to enjoy it — even if you do not opt for pool heating. Simply activate it whenever you're ready for a soothing soak.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset the increased energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer months.

Dog-Friendly Stays
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.
• Stays of 20 nights or less: $89 per dog, per stay
• Stays of 21 nights or more: $200 per dog, per stay
Guests are asked to promptly pick up after their pets if they relieve themselves in the yard. Any signs of excessive pet damage may result in additional charges. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.
Please note: This home is not feline-friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music at any time. If playing music indoors, doors must remain closed.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced outdoors from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted inside the home.
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
• Guests are required to sign Ryson's Terms and Conditions, and City Ordinances require a copy of a valid ID to be provided to Ryson prior to arrival.
