"Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and yet down town Marrakesh is easily accessable (about £8 by uber). The palace is amazing and the swimming pool area truly luxurious. Friendly and helpul staff and the food was gorgeous too. The only very minor issue we had was a lack of coffee making facilities in our suite (that would have been good and could so easily be addressed). If we go back to Marrakesh we will stay there again! 🤗"

"Overall an excellent choice for a ‘fly & flop’ location. Good quality all inclusive. Very spacious bedroom (golf course view) with two main pools and the usual selection of hotel activities run by the local team if you want to take part. However no pressure if you don’t want to get involved. A dedicated juice bar which was a nice touch. The golf course ( and gym & spa) is a short shuttle bus ride away . The golf course is totally flat and offers gererously wide fairways with small well kept greens. A pleasant round although not the most challenging. The spa was very expensive for treatments so we didn’t try it. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the city up to about 6:30pm. Otherwise Bolt & Iner work here for about £8 per journey . The buffet food was excellent choices every day. My wife is vegetarian and sometimes has limited choice when we go away. That was not the case here. Loads of options for both of us. Although 2 meals in Thea La carte restaurants were included, we didn’t see the point as the menus were Mediterranean or Italian and these option were available at the buffet. Only 2 minor complaints. When an emergency evacuation alarm sounded at 7:30 in the morning, there were no staff on hand to direct people to an evacuation point. Guests just wandered around the pool areas or went to reception where staff seemed to have no knowledge of what was going on. Secondly, the WiFi was poor in all areas except the reception building,"

"The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone, including the kitchen team, was attentive and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing after returning from the busy activities and sightseeing in Marrakech. Our only concern was regarding the tour guide who took us to the palaces and through the medina. He initially appeared very professional and trustworthy. However, toward the end of the tour, he took us to a shop away from the busy areas of the medina. Once inside, the shop staff were very aggressive and pressured us to purchase items we did not want. The experience made us uncomfortable and gave us the impression that the guide may have had a connection with the shop or received a commission for bringing tourists there. Because of this experience, we decided to part ways with the guide after the tour, even though he offered to arrange a taxi for us back to the hotel. I believe it is important for the hotel to communicate with the guide about this practice. When a guide is recommended or arranged through the hotel, guests naturally place a certain level of trust in that person. Guides should remain professional and unbiased and should not take guests to shops where they may feel pressured or obligated to make purchases. Aside from this experience with the tour guide, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality provided by the"

"Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend."
