Great Palm Desert 1-floor unit has Golf/Tennis/Fitness/Pools/Hot Tubs onsite.

1 floor cul-de-sac unit w/ 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in Desert Falls Country Club. High ceilings throughout with plenty of natural light. AC, Wi-Fi, cable TV, 2 car garage, front patio with table, back patio with table and lounge chairs. Multiple pools and hot tubs a few doors down.

Bedrooms:
1) Large master bedroom with king size bed, LCD TV, and bay window with love seat and desk area. Very large walk-in closet. Opposite side of the house from bedrooms 2 & 3.
2) 2nd bedroom with queen bed, LCD TV, closet and separate entrance to 2nd full bathroom.
3) 3rd bedroom with double bed and L-shaped office desk and closet

Bathrooms:
1) Master bath has standup shower and separate large bath tub, double sinks, and separate toilet room. High ceilings with elevated windows let in morning sunshine.
2) 2nd full bath is shower/tub combo and accessible from the 2nd bedroom or the hallway.
3) 3rd 1/2 bath just off the kitchen/living room.

Washer and dryer in laundry room.
Large, fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook, wet bar area and outdoor grill.
Dining room with table seats 8 and connected Living Room has 2 large couches (do not fold out), 2 chairs, coffee table, and LCD TV with Cable and surround sound for DVDs.

Desert Falls Delight

Oct-Nov 2023 We had a very nice month long stay at the large spacious condo. It is well equipped, fully furnished and the kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery etc to make it feel just like home! Linens and towels are in very good condition and plentiful. There were 2 TV's with all the channels needed. The master bath is large and also has a walk in closet. The large garage is great to keep your car out of the hot sun and away from desert dust. The large pool and spa is almost next door and most often no one else present. The owners were very kind and it made our stay most welcoming!
