"The location was amazing! This condo was close to everything. The views from the unit were fantastic as well! Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, shops nearby, excellent location right in the middle of Times Square"

"Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."

"(1) the conditioner bottle was empty for the first two nights of our stay; (2) two of the three pillows didn’t have pillowcase; (3) took several calls (spanning at least 12 hours period) to just get 2 clean bath towels; (4) room decor is poor. It clearly lacks of the basic services as a normal hotel, besides no front desk."

"Location was great, the place was great! My key box pin number I was given did not work but luckily the front desk person was still there and was able to give me a spare key to use. MInor hiccup but still would stay there again!"

"Expedia do not have proper address of this location. I staguld a lot to find out this address.. please call owner as soon as u book ..else you will roming arund the building with no address.."

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."
