"If you’re a geriatric smoker, this is your place, otherwise stay far away. Especially unfriendly and unaccommodating for families, but generally unhelpful all around. I had something unexpected come up where I needed to print a few pages - not only did they not have a business center, the front desk person said they had no way to print. He said this as he printed something up! I’ll never stay here again."

"I asked for a receipt by e-mail and did not receive it. This is a big deal because I can’t get reimbursed without a receipt. The stay itself was fine, and I appreciate being able to charge my car overnight. A free car charge does not make up for the room cost. I cannot expense without a receipt."

"The property was convenient but the room had a musty odor and needed updating. The idea of staying on a manmade lake with amenities was appealing however everything closed early. If you made plans for the day and wanted to paddle around the lake after dinner, there was no opportunity. The staff was friendly however they were not forthcoming with information unless you asked a lot of questions. "

"Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed."
