"Had a lovely time with daughter and grandchildren. Water was lovely and hot. Everything was as stated in the advert. Glad we opted for a pod rather than a lodge as we were away from the road. Children had fun den building and enjoyed the novelty of the pod while the adults enjoyed having a loo and hot water in the pod."

"This cottage has all the amenities you would need for a stay in the country and the garden is well fenced. The down side is that it is a fairway out of Stowmarket with no pubs or shops within walking distance so you would need to drive for anything you might need. We stayed here as a base over Christmas as we were visiting family and it suited us very well. The welcome pack was also a very nice touch and we were very pleased with everything."

"Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!"

Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village! Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand. All facilities including dish washer and washing machine if you need it. Host was responsive and helpful too. On the whole it was very clean, a few things need fixing like tiles outside the back door but it didn’t take away the charm of the place. We visited the pub and the locals were so friendly! "Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay. Experienced owners who have meticulously thought of everything. Nice and clean. Sat in garden which had pretty flowers to admire. Had a lovely time. Wouldn't fail to recommend it to anyone. Cottage is convenient for shops and pubs."
