Der Club ist nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen. Du kaufst einen offenen Geist bei den Menschen mit dieser Reise der es dir ermöglich sympathische und offene Menschen kennenzulernen. Besonders war diese Woche das Sauna-Angebot von dem Spa-Team. Das war ein gelungenes Entspannung bzw. Entgiftungsprogramm.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Robinson - einziger (im August schon gravierenderer) Minuspunkt war, dass es auf dem Zimmer keine richtige Klimaanlage gibt. Es gibt ein Belüftungssystem was angeblich den Raum herunter kühlen kann, hat uns aber irgendwie nicht gereicht. Ansonsten, tolles Essen, toller Strand, tolles Hotel, tolles Programm, tolle Leute! Rundum gelungener Urlaub - wir kommen wieder!!!

Das Hotel ist kompakt gebaut, wodurch man kurze Wege hat. Jedoch fehlt es an einer deutlicheren Beschilderung. Wenn man zum ersten Mal da ist, und man soll zum Patio, musste ich rumfragen, bis ich es gefunden habe. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, und haben mir den Weg erläutert. Schon während man im Flur zum Zimmer geht, fallen einem die vielen Moskitos auf. Ich musste erstmal alle im Zimmer beseitigen. Sobald man die Balkontür aufmacht, fliegen diese auch wieder rein mit samt den vielen Motten. Zwar hat man einen Moskitoschutz, aber aufgrund der Bauweise mit der Schiebetür, bildet sich eine Lücke nach draußen, wo durch diese wieder ins Zimmer gelangen können. Von daher habe ich so gut wie nie die Tür aufgemacht. Sobald man die Reinigungskraft reingelassen hat, hat man mindestens 3 Stück im Zimmer. Daher habe ich auch nur alle 4 Tage das Zimmer reinigen lassen. Übrigens bestellt man die Reinigung beim Patio mit der App ab, da es kein Schild gibt, im Gegensatz zum Hauptgebäude. Jedoch hat es einmal nicht geklappt und es wurde an der Tür geklopft. Ansonsten ist das Bett etwas hart, die Klima lief optimal und es gab sehr viele Kleiderbügel. Die Qualität des Essens ist hoch, jedoch hat mich die Asia-Ecke enttäuscht: Wieso gab es nicht einmal Hähnchen mit Curry? Vom Morroskai hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht. Katamaran war ein Glücksspiel mit Wind, da dieser nie konstant aus einer Richtung kam, was oft frustrierend war. Auf Vorhersagen war kein Verlass.

Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis im Robinson Jandia Playa. Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Meer, gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Anlage (Super Gym, Tennisplätze, Padelplätze, Beach Volleyball, Sauna und vieles mehr). Das Essen und der Service sind ausgezeichnet. Aber vorallem ist das Team welches unserer Gruppe den Urlaub unvergesslich gestaltet hat. Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle an Leslie, Lisa, Feli und Christin und den Rest des Teams. Wir sehen uns sicherlich bald wieder ;) um dann wieder unsere Raketen zu zünden :D

Zimmer nicht mehr die neuesten. Preis/Leistung passt nicht mehr ganz. Essen gut, aber nicht mehr überragend. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht. Shows und Unterhaltungsprogramm naja.

Leider waren wir in einem alten unrenovierten Zimmer. Alles war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Clubanlage sonst war toll! Schön und sauber!!! Das Personal in den Restaurants war ausgesprochen freundlich und bezaubernd!! Kurse waren top!

Reduzierung der attraktiven Sitzplätze aussen und teilweise innen nur noch für Gäste die „kostenpflichtigen Wein“ bestellen. Selbst als wir keinen Platz fanden und dieses Zwangsangebot annehmen mussten,wurde unsere 6er Gruppe um 20:45Uhr!!! trotz ausreichendem Platzangebot (halb leer der Bereich) an einen 4er Tisch gequetscht. Die grösseren Tische wurden für Gäste der Suiten pro forma freigehalten. Eine Beschwerde über den ansonsten sehr freundlichen Kellner führte auf Nachfrage zu folgendem Ergebnis: Clubchef zum Robin: Das musst du aushalten! Eine erneute Nachfrage/Beschwerde am nächsten Tag ob er das wirklich so gesagt hat blieb wieder unbeantwortet. Bei der gestrigen Abreise wurde keiner aus unserer großen Gruppe gefragt: Wie hat es gefallen, war alles in Ordnung. Endrechnung, bezahlen, der nächste bitte. Eine Buchung im Jandia Playa unter Führung dieses Clubchefs kommt für keinen mehr von uns in Frage.

Top: Hervorrangendes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Fantastischer Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Tolle Specials wie Sundowner am Strand. Traumhafter Strand. Nicht so gut: Das Fitnesstudio ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte neue Geräte vertragen. Die Rezeption ist z. T. unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ca. 15-20 Kakerlaken auf dem Zimmer. Das Problem wurde zu Beginn nicht ernst genommen und Wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Kontaktaufnahme mit der Leitung war sehr schwierig. Es wurde behauptet, dass wir telefonisch kontaktiert wurden, was jedoch nicht stimmte.

Das Hotel ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist immer sehr aufmerksam. Ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Speisen beim Mittag- und Abendessen. Für diejenigen, die es mögen, sind Themenpartys eine gute Option für die Abendunterhaltung.
