First time staying here, clean, easy to access, quiet and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable and love the pillows. Great deco. Booked another night. I would definitely recommend The Goodrington sands for a relaxing place to stay.

Lots to do & great choice of restaurants. Excellent walking trails along the Torbay beach. We walked to Goodrington Beach one afternoon, but our last day was rainy. Still, we took a train to Torquay, explored the town, and returned by public bus.
Took the Round Robin Steam Train, Dart River boat cruise to Totnes, bus back to Paignton. Stream train to Kingswear nice but rest of trip not worth it. Nothing to see on river trip. Walked to Dartmouth Castle but not much there except high fee.
