"The room was lovely with a great view. We were unable to order room service because staff were too busy to take our call. This was on a Saturday evening. When I rang through to reception & asked if they could take our order to the bar I was told it was better to speak them personally so I took this as a no. Reception did go & speak to someone about the room service & rang us back but advised we would need to leave it at least 20 to 30 minutes before ringing again for room service this would have made it to late for us so we decided not to bother."

"Really great find. Walkable to city centre and 2-3 mins down to quay. Really great to have a car park. Hotel room was large, quiet & comfy. Check in and out easy. Breakfast was good, nice choice of options. Pub is great too"
