This is a family friendly place. Will visit with you and really make you at home. I even got a cooking lesson.

Owners were very welcoming, great location, clean room and excellent English breakfast ! Would definitely stay again !

Space was perfect for what I needed, clean, and welcoming. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Were very patient with me when I accidentally missed my check out window.

The owners were so welcoming and excited to meet me. Loved the old fashioned keys for room entry and the amazingly delicious breakfast prior to my departure. They literally kept an eye on my car during the night. Would 💯% recommend this quaint B&B.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. It is a lovely place, very clean, great rooms, very comfy beds and soft white towels. The owners are superb and cannot do enough to help you.

Chaz and Kelly were very helpful, suggesting , sightseeing and places to eat.

Best English breakfast you’ve ever had! Matt and Lissanne are very welcoming- the pot of tea on arrival was really appreciated. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Amazing. Do the important things great and the little things just as well. Look forward to staying again.

Short stay to see Torquay, Peter recommended a great seafood restaurant. We visited some local attractions.

The hosts were super nice and helpful. Great breakfasts

My brief visit to Torquay was made perfect by staying at Ashleigh House. The proprietress was so kind, thoughtful, and full of great information about the area, and she made a magnificent breakfast. The wifi was very quick, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the views--well, spectacular. You can see Dartmoor from her front porch, and the neighbourhood is charming and full of great bars and restaurants. And Oscar the dog is a great ornament to the house, too!

Great location; 5 min walk from the Torquay train station and 10 min walk to the waterfront. Clean, well-maintained and charming room and facilities. Good-sized bathroom with excellent amenities. Cute bar, lounge, and reading room. Nice bit of garden in the front to sit and read or bask in the sun. Excellent breakfast. Above all, charming and lovely hosts Wendy and Steve (Thank you ever so much). We will be coming back for sure.

The hotel was nice - nothing to complain about regarding this place. Proprietors are very friendly and breakfast is great.

Nice pool, great staff and owners. Perfect!

Perfect place for a stay in Exeter. The room was tastefully decorated with a very comfy bed. Access was easy and location ideal.
