About 5 minutes to town, with Pagosa Hot Springs and Wolf Creek Ski Area nearby.

At the peak of Putt Hill, this golf-course condo is within walking distance of Coyote Moon Bar & Grill, local antique stores, a liquor store, and a convenience store. Uptown and downtown Pagosa Springs are about a 5-minute drive, with restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping nearby.

Guests may use the PLPOA private recreation center, including the pool, for an additional fee.

Guests have private access to the entire third-floor condo, with elevator access and keypad entry. Arrival instructions are provided before check-in.

This third-floor condo has elevator access and a spacious living area. The private balcony looks over the golf course, where guests often see deer.

Kitchen: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, a second coffee pot, pots, pans, skillets, a muffin tin, cookie sheet, and more.

Bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with towels and extra linens. Floors are carpeted.

A/C: the thermostat is between the two bedrooms.

Laundry: a stackable washer and dryer in a hallway cubby, with laundry supplies for 3-4 days.

Outside: the landscaped grounds behind the building include a gazebo.

Bathtubs: the primary bath has a large soaking tub, but the 50-gallon water heater cannot fill it completely. The guest bathroom tub fills fully, so use it for a full soak.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Pagosa Springs. Uptown and downtown are about a 5-minute drive, while local food, entertainment, and shops are within walking distance. Wolf Creek Ski Area is about 30 minutes away by car.

Pagosa Springs is home to the world’s deepest geothermal hot spring, and the soaking pools are a great way to unwind. In winter, nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area is known for some of the best snow in Colorado.
