"From the moment we arrived at the Bali Beach Hotel, we were impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING!
What we loved most was the incredible staff. Every single worker, whether stopping for a conversation or simply passing us in the hallway, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm hello. It’s those little things that make such a big difference!
We had a wonderful check-in experience with Day, and Mutiara was absolutely exceptional in looking after me and my family when it came to checking out on what we knew what going to be a long wait until our flight!
The staff at breakfast and dinner were equally beautiful, always welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was 10/10, and the restaurants served excellent food.
The concierge team was fantastic, organising taxis and even arranging our laundry collection.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms have everything you need, and we loved the thoughtful afternoon service, when staff would come by to replenish towels and water.
And the pool? HUGE! We absolutely loved it!
The location was perfect for us, slightly north of the main area but still an easy walk to restaurants, markets and Icon mall.
We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The service, facilities and attention to detail made our family holiday so special. We will most certainly be choosing Bali Beach Hotel again on our next trip to Sanur!
