We find this beautiful, modern private villa not far from the sea, only 1.6km from the sandy beaches of Marzamemi. Within just 1km , you are in the town of Pachino with a very wide range of restaurants, shops, bars, etc.

The house develops over one level only, making it ideal for those with walking difficulties. Inside, we find a modern living area with sofa, TV, kitchen and dining table, from where we can directly access the outside.

The sleeping rooms consist of one double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower, and one double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with a separate bathroom with shower.
