"Good clean hotel. Rooms in good condition. Conveniently located. The only issue we would have is the overpriced restaurant. We had dinner for 4 and the prices of the entrees the appetizer and the drinks were significantly higher relative to the quality / tastefulness of the food, the portion sizes and the ambiance of the restaurant. "The staff was doing the best they could... but the wifi was the worst wifi I've ever seen. My keycard did not work at least once a day so I would have to walk 4 flights of stairs to lobby, because there is only one elevator. Because it got deactivated whenever it was near a electronic device.... everything is electronic... so it was constant. The fitness center was pretty gross... sticky handles on all the machines. My handsoap was locked by one of the cleaning staff so I couldn't use my soap...

"The room was clean. My room did need some minor repairs which I notified the front desk on leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails."

"Upon check in, I would say it was disappointing to get a second floor room with no elevator and a huge suitcase i had to lug up the stairs as a disabled person. Additionally, I received a call near midnight that my credit card had declined and I was required to come down to the office immediately to resolve.
