"Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying I have to pay for the shuttle service. Some staff didnt know how to use the proper debit machine"

"Amenities improvement are dire need, staff are courteous but needs on the job professional trainings."
