"We were initially impressed with the size of the room including a couch. Went to put our drinks in fridge but had to wipe it out first. The television had issues with volume. Staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still did not work. Next day another staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still not work. The television was eventually replaced. I also cut my finger on toilet handle. It was also replaced. There was little hot water so my and my son's showers were quick and luke warm. The staff was friendly and did fix issues except hot water. There was a little of a language barrier as well."

"We come every year this same weekend and decided to try this house on the lake. The host communicated nicely in the beginning and was helpful. Upon arrival, we walked in and took a look around. There were dead bugs around the edges of all the rooms. We vacuumed them up that evening. The floors in the kitchen were disgusting and especially under kick plate by dishwasher. When looking at the bedding there were some hairs between the flat sheet and fitted sheets. I washed a load of towels on Tuesday night after our showers and stripped the beds that we were not using until a couple extra guests were arriving in a few days. We washed the bedding the next morning and the wash machine had water running out of the bottom and also leaking into the first floor. We immediately shut it off and notified the host. We wouldn't have needed to wash the bed linens, had we found them clean. The host found a repair guy but he couldn't come till Friday, which wasn't host fault. We had to have incoming guests bring bedding and we went and bought extra towels for bathing for the rest of the week, as the repair could not be made due to a part needing ordered. It wasn't a good experience. This house needed cleaned. I contacted the host, and thought we could come to an agreement, but she went silent when I nicely conveyed my concerns. I too am a business owner and sometimes we don't know there is a problem without communicating. I welcome feedback to make it right."

"Property was very clean and the host was quick to respond to messages prior to our trip. I didn't need any additional help during our stay from the host as everything was in working order.The condo was beautifully decorated and had a great view of the lake. Would recommend to anyone that wants a quite place to stay or is traveling to play baseball. It was an 11 min drive to ballpark national fields."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. Spacious, clean and the wraparound balcony is wonderful. The heated pool was nice as it was little chilly. We really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing."

"This is a large space that can host many people. The home is older, and it is located on a lake. As such, it has a strong musty smell when you first arrive. This was not a problem for our group of guys but other groups that might have female guests along could be bothered by that detail. Overall, it is a beautiful property situated on a very quiet cove of Lake of the Ozarks."
