Welcome to 5 O’Clock Somewhere, a relaxed and nearly beachfront home just 50 steps from the sand. With two living rooms, inviting outdoor spaces, and a rooftop deck made for golden-hour moments, the home is designed for connection, comfort, and easy coastal living. Guest Access
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation message and a request to sign our rental agreement. Once completed, you’ll receive access to our digital Guest Portal with your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out when available.

Parking is provided for up to four vehicles, with one space in the garage and two to three spaces in the driveway. Street parking is not available.

The Space
Designed for together time without feeling crowded. Two separate living rooms give everyone space to unwind, while the open layout makes it easy to reconnect throughout the day. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, and thoughtful layout support everything from casual meals to movie nights after the beach.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home sleeps comfortably with three king bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Sleeper sofas on both levels provide additional flexibility, with linens and pillows provided so everyone can settle in easily.

Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor, plus a powder room upstairs. The upstairs bathroom includes a jetted tub, perfect for unwinding after a long beach day. Fresh towels and essential bath amenities are provided. There is no outdoor hot tub at this property.

Outdoor Space
Multiple outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy the coastal setting, from sunset evenings on the rooftop deck to relaxed meals on the private patio. The beach is close enough to come and go throughout the day without planning or packing.

Other Things to Note
This is a dog-friendly home, and we provide thoughtful basics to make traveling with your pup easy. A $25 per dog fee applies. Dogs must be clean and on flea control. Cats are not permitted.

For families, a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby monitor are available upon request to help you pack lighter and settle in faster.
