"This was a unique experience in a good way, very cool to sleep in the dome with windows to the sky and trees! Nice to know host is pet-friendly, even had paw towels and a water dish. We will bring our dog next time. The pellet stove made the rainy night and morning cozy."

"The cottage was amazing for a short, quiet retreat. Beautiful location, lovely rooms, cozy fireplace. Hard to ask for anything more. The owners did a fantastic job maintaining the historical detail of the house while adding plenty of modern day features to make it truly comfortable. Mina was so friendly and helpful, always easy to reach with questions.Had to do some computer work while I was there, and the WiFi was excellent. "The use of recycled wood on the interior makes this place gorgeous on the inside. The location can’t be beat. I can’t give this a high rating because this is not for most Sr citizens or people that are physically challenged. You have to climb up a ladder to go to bed. This was not clear in the photos of the property. My wife ended up on a couch. Had they been more transparent about the layout, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere."

"This is a hidden gem ! The decor is beautiful and the outside area is amazing. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The loveseat is as comfortable (if not more so) than the one in my home. The bed and sheets were also very comfortable . The host thought of everything and the communication was great. We plan to go back at least once a season. It was a wonderful place to unplug."
