"I loved the new rooms, very nice. The heated pool was heated and wonderful to swim in. The staff were excellent!! I was a little disappointed with breakfast, both times I went down and there wasnt any "hot" food. Just Bagels, cereal and waffles. The restaurant was also receiving maintenance, so we had to leave the property to find food. I would however stay there again when I go back to Presque Isle."

"Nice quiet location. Restaurant right next door. Would have been nice if there was ice machine available in the evening. It was 95 degrees and humid."

"Clean Room: We were told room will be cleaned every 3rd day. They were actually cleaned every 4th day. All soap dispensers in bathroom did not work. Shower did not have any safety bar or anything to prevent from falling. Breakfast: Not a complete breakfast everyday. When we went to breakfast 2nd day we were told no eggs or sausage unless at least half the rooms were booked. Lamp on desk did not work. Staff: All staff. Parking: Parking was great."

"Staff was absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautiful are only complete would be that the pool was freezing cold and we couldn’t even get in it. We did tell the front desk and they said that they would let maintenance know in the morning other than that we will definitely stay there again and kudos to the staff. They are really amazing."
