Terrible experience being at a hotel with lukewarm (at best) bath water. The run around wasn't fun. They offer me a ice cream discount card or something else I didn't want.

The seat in the shower was on the opposite side of the shower from the supplies, like shampoo, conditioner, etc. The food was substandard except for breakfast. Owings Mills is a very clean town. I liked the fact that although I have never heard of the town, they had a lot of stores and food there to eat. I would visit there again without hesitation. Its was a nice trip and would do it again.

I have stayed in another Hampton Inn with my family in Eastern Avenue and that was a perfect stay, from the food to customer service, but this one the service and breakfast wasn't that good. eggs and sausage for 4 days c'mon now.
