Over Vacations

"I paid extra for an airconditioned room however AC was not working. One of the beds was missing, there was a mattress on the floor which very dusty and not cleaned for a long time. Wallls were stained. Windows were locked, not possible to open. it was the worst experience of a hotel. I do not recomend to anyone. I also would like a refund for this terrible service."

"Staffs were helpful and the restaurant offered varied menu to suit a range of preference. Bonus was the onside free parking."

"Lovely place by the river, at the time we have had a heat wave so with no air conditioning a little uncomfortable a cold shower sorted that out. Food in the bar was ok and reasonable price, so overall not a bad one night stay."

"When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “"

"Disappointing breakfast . No eggs ! so settled for bacon sandwich Bathroom didn't have a razor point so unable to charge electric toothbrush. Asked reception if they had a plug adapter but they didn't"
