Over Haddon Vacations

"We stayed two nights for a reunion of friends who graduated from university 50 years ago. The hotel is a traditional pub with four small but comfortable bedrooms and a terrific location with wonderful views across the Peak District. "We had a lovely stay at Cuckoo Cottage and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Peak District, with beautiful walks straight from the doorstep, including Lathkill Dale. The swimming pool was a real bonus after a day of walking, and the games room was great fun, with pool, table tennis, darts, giant Jenga and other games available. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, including tea, coffee, washing-up liquid,...

"Bramble was a lovely cottage for the 5 of us, very comfortable beds and quality fixtures in the bathrooms. Having the pool on site was great (although it does need a little maintenance). Overall great stay, hoping to come again."
