"overall its not bad....definitely good for a family however there's a few things I would like to mention that could have an impact for others wanting to book same place. 1. It's not the holiday Inn, its two separate businesses using the same building...some floors have hotel rooms, some have appartment rooms...I haven't see the hotel rooms so I cannot comment on that however I can say it feels misleading when you head into the lobby and they have elevators that are much fancier yet they tell...

"Perfect location, quiet on the inside - hopping on the outside - this property checked all the boxes!!! Well appointed kitchen and 3 separate sleeping areas with bathrooms…quaint balcony that was so picturesque at dusk with twinkling lights across the river!!!!! Thank you Fatima- you were grand!"

"Spot on in the center. High ceilings and ample rooms. Fans are noisy but at least there is something to combat the heat. Lovely wine on arrival, we appreciated this. Very good communication if you need anything."

"Nice room within a stones throw of the waterfront. Easy to access and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. However when we stayed there in early October the streets and cafes were chaotically bustling with tourists. In contrast, the Oca Flores a few blocks uphill is in a quieter area and better suited for people in our cohort (ages 55-70)."

"The room is nicely decorated and with full size kitchen. Air conditioning is quiet and works fine. The bed is comfortable."

"Very nice apartment, well located"

"Nice amenities in room"

"Localización 5 estrellas"

"Loved the location. Spacious clean room, great views. Would book there again. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was relaxing and tasty."

"Nice apartment in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the main areas. Bit of a squeeze for 5 adults but still plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Nice large hot tub for private use and the communal pool area was small but nice for some outside space. Unfortunately a few maintenance issues which have clearly been ongoing for a while with nothing done about them. The main ones being the drip dripping electric hot water tank, towels had been placed underneath to catch the drips but these...
