"We booked babbling Brooke for a family break 4 adults and 2 children.Henry greeted us in arrival and was so helpful and lovely. He showed us round and explained how to use the hot tub. We were also left a little welcome pack of goodies. The barn it's self is outstanding, beautifully decorated and furnished. The woodfire hottub is lovely. If your looking for a peaceful break this is just perfect. We can't wait to go back"

"Great property, but the pullout chair was a bit hard. Appreciate the rental at short notice"

"The flat was lovely. Just off friar gate so good for restaurants. Loads of space in the flat and well furnished"

"Great house and location if you are attending raving at donington park"

"The pod was a great size (family of 3), clean, had everything you needed and more. The attention to detail with the added reception area with games/dvds and information was great. Our 4 year old loved the novelty of a dvd! Dominic was really helpful, felt super relaxed there and was situated perfectly for lots of family fun activities! Will deffo book again in the future. The shop across the way was lovely, we didn't use the tea room as it was closed during our stay but it looked lovely"
