"Fantastic Hotel with prime services."

"Bart is a fantastic host. The boat house room was fun, hopefully he’ll be able to get AC installed in the future. Very convenient to the tram and a few restaurants. We’ll definitely stay there again when in Ghent"

"Sink faucet broken, both mattresses quality super low, wall mounted toilet broken, no ventilation but the windows but no window screen to prevent insect or rodents"

Room temperature control was great, enabling me too cool the room as low as I wanted. Conveniently near Gent Dampoort station with some food options and grocery nearby. Highly recommend this hotel."
