"Best hotel in Tuticorin"

"Average hotel"

"Overall a very good hotel"

"I stayed at La Antara Hotel, Thiruchendur, and unfortunately, the Premium Suite was not worth the ₹7,500 per night price. The room cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing. The bathroom and toilet had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to a blocked toilet or drainage issue. While taking a shower, the drain water also remained on the bathroom floor instead of draining properly. "Had a great experience..lovely location and wonderful property..only suggestion is to improve buggy service as it's a large property for people to get by easily "

"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. "I didn’t like anything in this stinky hotel. I booked a super room. They gave a dusty dirty room with broken window, washroom without toilet tissue. They didn’t even have the courtesy to subtract the money for the cost of super room to the ordinary room. Totally unfair financial practice. I will never go back to this hotel and won’t recommend to anyone. "
