The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
4 bedrooms with double beds
Additional sofa bed (130 x 200 cm) in one of the bedrooms,
A second sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room,
A recamier in the kitchen offers sleeping space for a child (70 cm x 180 cm).
8 people can stay comfortably, but up to 12 sleeping places are available.
3 shower bathrooms are available in the villa.
The historical Lamnia part of the house is reconstructed and a nice, modern and comfortable new part was attached some years ago. The entire property is recently renovated and furnished.
The Villa now offers splendid living space inside and outside. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer space for a larger family, 2 families or a small group holiday. As well a couple can feel very cosy and can enjoy the high privacy and exclusive atmosphere of the property.

The kitchen is a big room and contains as well a big dining table. The kitchen is connected to the living room through an ancient stone arch. In front of the kitchen the veranda is inviting you for breakfast, lunch or dinner. During hot summer days you enjoy the shadow. In the autumn and spring nights it protects you from cool air and humidity coming down at night. So you can enjoy outside dinners even late or early in the year when temperature is still low.
The floor central heating system makes the villa a cosy retreat even during the cooler periods of the year. So you can find a cosy place in Puglia even in the late autumn, winter and early spring evenings when nights are still cool and damp.
All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, so that there is enough fresh air circulation even on warm days. Even on hot summer days in Apulia there is usually a pleasant light cool breeze at night.
Large olive grounds and a nice grown southern vegetation guarantee a very high level of privacy when using the outside facilities, pool area, terrasses and verandas with separate outside kitchen including BBQ.
Not to forget to mention is the additional outdoorshower built by stone walls. The outdoorshowers as well supply warm/cold water for a starlight shower and one has even its own washstand and mirror, so you have an additional nice outside bathroom.
