This cozy vacation rental for 2 people offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in its approximately 40 m² of living space. Located on the upper floor, the apartment features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa set, a dining table, a TV with satellite/cable, and a radio with a CD/DVD player. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and electric kettle—ideal for preparing your own meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
A south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the day in the fresh air. A parking space is available for your use. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linens are included in the price. Fly screens are also provided.
Guests may also use the shared bike shed, playground, and coin-operated washer/dryer. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Please note that barbecuing is not permitted on the property.

Note regarding possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be booked as an add-on. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
