"So...the place was okay for the price....until we got there...i know i dont expect an entire breakfast assortment but the breakfast was jimmy deans sandwiches everyday. Ehh i could live with that. But then the staff only came to take out garbage and change towels every other day. They didnt change sheets at all, and there is an envelope to tip them in the rooms...i should be tipping for exceptional service not for basic expectations..yea i knew i wasnt going to get the Hilton or Plaza hotel...

"The owners are so pleasant and welcoming. And we loved the front porch overlooking mountains. It is a throwback to earlier hotels, in a pleasant and inviting way. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."

"First this is a weekend town. Sundays and Mondays it’s like the whole town and lake are asleep. Nothing is open. We stayed in 2 rooms at the chase house for 4 nights with waterfront balconies. The hotel is divided into four different buildings. The church landing building seemed to be the most ideal where you can actually enjoy the lake with the room you’re paying for. In the chase house, you are across the street. And the street during the day is LOUD! Trucks and motorcycles all day...
