The house is in an absolutely quiet location in a 30 km/h zone.

Our accommodation, renovated in 2025, is just 100 meters from our private beach on Lake Ossiach. The house offers both tranquility and a wide range of sports activities throughout the year—summer, winter, spring, and autumn. Water sports, cycling, and winter sports are easily accessible in the immediate area. Hiking trails start right at the house, inviting you to enjoy long hikes and family-friendly walks.
