Staybridge Suites Eau Claire - Altoona by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Had a very nice stay. We used the indoor pool and hot tub area and was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly. The only thing was the switches for the lights are very confusing in the room. The coffee pot was dirty and still had a used filter in it. Our bathroom area where shower and toilet are smelled like urine. However, the breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff there also very nice. We did just get our coffee there instead."

"We spent the weekend here with a 3 and 7 year old for a birthday getaway, and I could not be happier with our experience. They had our room available early and even asked if we wanted to be closer to the waterpark or to Action City. We spent multiple hours each day in the waterpark and the kids never got bored. The slide was the big hit for the 7 year old. I enjoyed the lazy river. Action City was also a blast for them. The arcade was a bit pricey, but we got the all you can play deal the 2nd day and it was worth it. The trampoline park was also a huge hit. Mini golf was great. The only thing we didn't do was the go-carts. When the staff found out about the birthday, we got a bonus $50 arcade card, which was super nice. All of the staff here were fantastic. From the front desk, to the cleaners, to the lifeguards. I have zero complaints about our staff and we will definitely be back."

Comfort Inn & Suites Black River Falls I-94

10/10 Excellent

"Kids pool was so fun for my 2yr old grandson. Big pool/hot tub are very nice. Breakfast was average for a hotel setup. Breakfast area is bigger and laid out better than most hotels. Staff was very helpful with check-in and was able to switch one of the double queen room to a single king to make more space for my grandsons “pack-&-play bed."
