"This property was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was just me since my child was camp. A nice sized room, great bathroom, ability to control temperature. Simple entry and good communication with the host."

The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall."

"The pool was disgusting, dirt and debris on the bottom and top so that was disappointing, while watching TV and sleeping a person actually opened up our porch door then the main door and just walked in and said they had booked the same room and had keys, what kind of place does not keep track of that and I'm not sure what the person was thinking the TV was on and it was up a little so I know they heard it from the outside but to get back to that place for allowing that to happen. "Great location to downtown, beach. Kitchen and furnishing updated and in great condition. Negatives would be the lock on the backdoor, air conditioning from the ceiling that could not be controlled from our apartment. The pool was great and had plenty of seating. Only issue with the Dolphin apartment is the many windows, which kind of made it feel like living in a fish bowl. That might not be an issues for others. "

"If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....
