"We loved staying at Terminal hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and there was a delicious breakfast buffet. There is ample parking available and the hotel is very close to the airport so it is really convenient. I would not hesitate to book and stay here again."

"Emailed to ask to book a taxi upon our arrival. Had a reply saying that they would be able to do it. Gave all flight details to the hotel but no taxi was ordered.
Arrived at the hotel after our flight to be given the wrong room and was told by the receptionist that I was incorrect and that I had the wrong information (Which I didn’t and showed him to get the correct room) Wasn’t very helpful at all.
Other than that it was a good stay. Reasonable breakfast and reasonable room"
