The property was a good choice! A 40 Minutes delay in access on a hot day with luggage after a long journey prevented 5 stars. Be prepared for the electronic keys as not being the best at tech was a little concerning! I thought I was prepared but downloaded the wrong unloc app in advance! A direct link was provided at check in. Perhaps sending this earlier would be helpful. it was unfortunate that the road outside had suffered major environmental damage days earlier so we had major road resurfacing throughout our stay, causing noise and vibration when in however it was quite entertaining to see the work in progress and how quickly and efficiently a road a drains could be constructed. We were out most of the time and this was an exception and unforeseeable. The location was excellent with a walk to Oslo easy and good local restaurants available. The apartment was excellent and all facilities needed were available. A great choice.

Check in process was painful. They would not process payment through Expedia so I had to navigate a link from them while traveling on trains, both soap dispensers were empty, dishwasher was loaded with dishes. One Very Small flat pillow per bed.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold i Oslo og var svært fornøyde med leiligheten vi booket. Den hadde en fin beliggenhet, var stor, ren og fungerte veldig godt for oss under ferien. Det var enkelt å trives der, og leiligheten ga oss et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve byen. Det eneste lille minuset var at madrassene på to av sengene var litt harde for vår smak. Ellers var alt veldig bra, og vi kan gjerne anbefale leiligheten til andre som skal besøke Oslo.

Bra location men dåligt städad lägenhet

Lägenheten har ett bra läge i en lugn del av Oslo. Dock var tiden för incheckning 45 minuter senare är garanterat och lägenheten var dåligt städad, bland annat låg det en petflaska med okänd dryck kvar bredvid soffan vilket såklart påverkar omdömet. Lägenheten luktade dock starkt av rengöringsmedel.

Communicatie verliep stroef, meerdere keren rare berichten gehad om te betalen via een andere link. Ze gaven gelukkig toe dat dat niet klopte, en we al hadden betaald via Expedia. Verder hele stroeve incheck, door verkeerd invoeren van de telefoonnummer problemen met de digitale lock. Een uur buiten voor het appartement gestaan. Uiteindelijk opgelost en het super mooie nette appartement maakte dit hele stroeve proces meer dan goed!

Info ved innsjekk må endres.

Stressende ved innsjekk tid vi måtte bruke på det. og manglende info, feil info ang app for nøkler, og dette førte til 45 min forsinkelse på innsjekk. Sto at vi skulle møte en plass for å sjekke inn, men der var det ingen samt info om at det skulle møte en person ved ankomst, det var det ikke. Men leilighet var ren og fin.
