Pillows are flat, heat in room takes forever to warm up and we were second floor. Front desk staff didn’t stay at front desk has to ring a ring door bell. No elevator. No jets in the hot tub. Concrete in the pool/hot tub area cracking and falling apart.

I love Osceola, graduate.We deserve better than this hotel management & facilities provides. It was unfortunate circumstances (funeral) that brought our family back but won’t be staying at this facility ever again but st croix.
