Walking Distance to the St. Croix River & Downtown

Your family & friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, fully renovated, lower level apartment. We have loved updating this apartment to bring you closer to the quant & beautiful downtown area of Osceola! We are located a short walk from Cascade Falls. Or if you like to explore, we are 15 mins from Interstate State Park, 10 mins from Trollhaugen, & 5 mins to the Osceola Passenger Train, to name a few! Raining? Enjoy time near the 55" electric fireplace watching your favorite movies, playing board games or make the short 1 min drive to the downtown bowling alley!

PET POLICY
We love our pets and our guests! In order for us to to accommodate your fur-baby(ies), we ask that:

1. Your pet stays off all furniture.
2. Is not left alone in the apartment.
3. The house & yard are picked-up after your pet.

Please note this is out of respect for future guests and our full-time tenant in the upper apartment.

We allow one (1) dog to stay however, if you have another circumstance, feel free to reach out for a better discussion.

Great property!

Clean, comfortable and homey! We had a wonderful weekend at this very comfortable and convenient property. The St.Croix area is beautiful with lots of fun options for day trips and then a comfortable, clean place to come “home” to.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a smaller group. Our group of three adults had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It might be a little close with sex, but you could manage it. Great location in a great little town with plenty to see and do.

Great accommodations in Osceola.

This place was newly updated , very clean , nice bathroom/ shower. Close to walk to Cascade Falls, downtown shops, bars , restaurants in Osceola. Nearby wineries, apple orchard, and Interstate state park. Great overall visit!

Great place to stay in Osceola

We stayed for the weekend and loved the proximity to the Main Street shops, cafes and bars! Hiking trails walking distance too. Apartment had lots of space, coffee provided and laundry detergent too! Those touches make a great stay!!

Great newly remodeled full lower level of house. Very clean- not a spec of dust to be found. Beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room for a small family. Our stay was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Remodeling was done very well. With it being new we just missed a few things. A mirror in each room would be nice. 6 girls with 1 bathroom made it interesting for use to get ready. Garbages I’m each bedroom would be helpful. Front porch was very nice.
