My wife and i had to book a room here due to a passport going missing while visiting a local attraction. The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!

The hotel looks quite new and is well presented & maintained. The rooms are larger than what you’d normally find in a Japanese hotel and this comes at a bit more of a cost. You do, however, get what you expect from a Doubletree. The Castle view at night is spectacular!
