"We decided to stay in Ortiga for 1 night and were very happy we stayed here! Andrea and Maria are perfect hosts, our room was spacious and well designed and the accommodation is perfectly placed to explore the local area. We’d highly recommend Elsa d’Ortiga to anyone thinking of visiting Syracuse. "

"La chambre est pleine de charme, les lits très confortables. Par contre, je ne dirais pas que c'est un 3 étoiles dans la mesure où il n'y a pas de services sur place. J'ai envoyé 2 messages sans réponse avant mon arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est dans un restaurant à 100 mètres, ce n'est pas pratique. Un café, un jus de fruit industriel et un croissant. A refusé de me servir un thé à la place. Un plateau thé café serait appreciable dans la chambre."

"Personne sur place pour nous aider. La carte de la chambre était défectueuse dès l'arrivée. Par la suite l'électricité a manqué à 21h, nous avons du contacter les propriétaires via What's App dans le noir. Nous apprécions faire affaire avec des humains et non des applications impersonnelles et des vidéos. Le lit était petit et inconfortable. Pas d'oreiller d'extra ni de boîte de mouchoirs. Le quartier est lugubre."
