"La chambre est pleine de charme, les lits très confortables. Par contre, je ne dirais pas que c'est un 3 étoiles dans la mesure où il n'y a pas de services sur place. J'ai envoyé 2 messages sans réponse avant mon arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est dans un restaurant à 100 mètres, ce n'est pas pratique. Un café, un jus de fruit industriel et un croissant. A refusé de me servir un thé à la place. Un plateau thé café serait appreciable dans la chambre."

"The menu was fresh but was also quite minimum. We were happy with it. We would happily recommend living with Salvo for visiting Syracuse. The location is well located in the city in a quiet neighbourhood, importantly it feels safe. "

"Room clean, air-conditioning good, beds good, staff nice. Not really sound proof, but everyone is respectful and quiet during the night. Staff isn't always at the reception, but that didn't bother us. Super central, super safe. There's no lifts though."
