"Everythinat is flawless at this huge, brand new, high tech hotel.. The promised shuttle bus took me to the rather isolated property where I checked in on one of the many self-service terminals in the lovely lobby. The room was small but inviting and had everything I needed but nothing more. The bed and bedding were outstanding and I had a great sleep. The washroom was well-designed and user friendly. The room and the rest of the property was spotless and welcoming and is the obvious result of...

"Room was clean but the mattresses (2 twins) were awful and not comfortable at all. There was one tiny trash can that held maybe a liter? The sink pipe smelled like sewer when you ran the sink to brush your teeth. The staff was nice and the breakfast fine. Nothing exciting. We did not use the free drink tickets at the bar we received at check-in."

"Well located, near airport"

"Nicht gut. Alles sehr abgewohnt und dreckig"

"Perfect location, close to the airport but also very quiet. Staff is great and very helpful."

"Staff was great, the dinner menu and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was good, but I think the staff needed extra people on staff. They were over welmed."

"The property was not cleaned enough, we had no wifi and no hot water for shower. I complained on first day and guy said he will send someone to fix it but no one came and we had to take chilling cold water showers. We got apartment 8 in unit 10 and it was not great. Also place is pretty far from the city centre and we had to spend 15 eurod each yime for one way for 2 ppl"

"I wish I could give this hotel less than one star. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of its restaurant overlooking the Danube River. However, there was absolutely no mention at the time of booking that the restaurant would be closed during our entire stay. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. The location of the hotel was terrible and looked nothing like the photos online. The room was also very dirty. There was no proper reception, and there wasn’t even a phone in...
