Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. I also had a chance to visit the bar, which had a nice atmosphere—perfect for unwinding in the evening. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service."

"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."

"Nice hitel"

"Overall convenient to the airport and a basic room. I felt some parts of the room were pretty run down and the shower pressure was quite weak. Additional, the bathroom was pretty small. It sufficed for our early morning flight the next day. "

"Very clean hotel. The decor is slight dated but everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh especially the crossoints which were the best I've tasted. So delicious. The best thing that made my stay excellent was the bathroom.The fittings, the cleanliness and the above all the spacious sink. I loved the bathroom. I would stay at the hotel again just for the bathroom!! A few things to improve- better lighting in the room and better pillows. Also the air conditioning wasn't working very well. We didn't complain because the weather wasn't very hot and we could open the windows to make the room cooler . The hotel location is perfect for public transport and for eateries of all taste. The staff is very courteous, helpful and welcoming. The size of the room wasn't very big but spacious enough for a couple. No cupboard /wardrobe but open hanging rails which were again enough for the short stay. We stayed in their comfort room. Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes!!"

"Lovely twin room basic but included ensuite with hot shower. Sheets were a bit light and moved while you slept in their cover. But not a major moan. A bar/better coffee provision would of been nice. But for the price 4 stars "

"Very limited selection for breakfast but I guess that a typical French breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony though nice was not accesible you have to physcially climb up to it which if you have limited mobility would not be possible. Big plus it’s close to the Moulin Rouge area and there’s plenty of dining nearby. At night security limits entry to the building which made us feel safe. "

"Clean, comfortable room in the heart of Montmartre - the bed was a bit soft for my taste, but this is personal preference. Would highly recommend!"
